1. Acceptance

By using Adovia Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Adovia Pro is an analytics platform that connects to your social media accounts (YouTube) to display performance metrics, generate AI-powered scheduling recommendations, and help you grow your audience.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must be 13 years or older to use Adovia Pro.
  • You must own or be authorized to manage the social media accounts you connect.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Adovia Pro only for your own social media analytics. You may not:

  • Share your account with others
  • Use Adovia Pro to scrape or bulk-collect data from social platforms beyond what you are authorized to access
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or exploit the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Platform Terms

When you connect a social media account, you must comply with that platform's terms of service (YouTube Terms of Service). We are not responsible for changes to platform APIs or policies that affect our ability to collect your data.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI insights are generated using your own data and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or commercial fitness of any AI-generated scheduling recommendation.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to that policy.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account & Data. Upon deletion, all your connected account tokens and analytics data will be permanently deleted.

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with notice where possible.

9. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of data, or specific results from AI recommendations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
